He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics/Business from the University of California at Los Angeles. Calvin D. Hedman, CPA, CM&AA Calvin is licensed as a life insurance agent and a securities registered representative. Calvin is involved with clients in designing their estate planning and evaluating their investment portfolio decisions. He also works with middle-market business owners to establish buy-sell agreements and prepare their company for sale. Calvin also has over twenty-five years of experience as a Certified Public Accountant. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration in Accounting from California State University Northridge. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. Calvin is also a Certified Mergers and Acquisitions Advisor through the Alliance of Mergers & Acquisitions Advisors (“AM&AA”). |
